Puke Zombie — Privacy Policy

In short: Puke Zombie collects no data and transmits no data. The game has no network connectivity. No account is required. It contains no ads, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.

1. Data we collect

None. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or any other identifying information. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health data, or calendars, and never requests those permissions.

No identifiers are read or generated, including the advertising identifier (IDFA). No device fingerprinting takes place.

2. Data stored on your device

So that you do not lose your progress, some information is stored only on your phone. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else:

Your high score and the furthest level you have reached
Stars earned per level
Vomit types, creature album entries, and costumes you have unlocked
Your total infection count and how many hidden creatures you have found
Settings such as whether music is on and whether the tutorial is complete

This save data is kept in the device's own local storage (localStorage and Apple's Preferences store). Technically, nothing other than the game itself can read it.

3. Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes all of the above. If you want to reset without deleting the app, the "start over" option in the in-game pause menu clears your progress. Because we hold no records on any server, there is no need to ask us to delete anything — we have none of your data.

4. Network connectivity

The app connects to no server. All game content (3D engine, visuals, text) ships inside the app, and sounds are synthesised on the device at runtime — no audio files are downloaded. The game works fully in airplane mode.

5. Third parties

No advertising network, analytics service, crash reporting tool, social media plugin, or tracking SDK of any kind is used. The only third-party component is Three.js, an open-source 3D graphics library that ships inside the app, runs entirely on the device, and sends nothing anywhere.

Because you obtain the app through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple's own privacy policy applies; Apple may collect download and crash statistics. These do not identify you to us and are outside our control. See apple.com/legal/privacy

6. Children

The game is intended for players of all ages. Since no data is collected at all, no data about children is collected either. There are no in-app purchases, no advertising, no chat, and no interaction with other users.

7. Purchases

There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payments of any kind.

8. Your rights

Regulations such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK grant you the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data processed about you. Because Puke Zombie processes no personal data, these rights have nothing to attach to: we hold no data of yours to delete, export, or correct.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised. If a change ever required us to begin collecting data, it would be stated explicitly in the app update.
